For Marination:
1: chicken breast 1 kg (cut in thick strips)
2: salt 1 tsp
3: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
4: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
5: vinegar 2 tbsp
6: hot sauce 2 tbsp
7: mustard powder or paste 1 tsp
8: black pepper powder 1 tsp
For Batter:
1: milk 1 glass
2: plain flour 3/4 cup
3: corn flour 3/4 cup
4: hot sauce 1 tbsp
5: baking powder 1 tsp
6: red chilli powder 1 tsp
7: salt 1 tsp
For Coating:
1: plain flour 2 cups
2: garlic powder 1 tsp (heaped)
For Assembling:
1: poori paratha (check my Poori Paratha video)
2: onion 2 (finely sliced)
3: lettuce (finely sliced)
4: mayo (for serving)
5: sweet chilli garlic sauce (for serving)
6: fries
For Frying:
1: oil
1: in a bowl add chicken, salt, red chilli powder, ginger & garlic paste, vinegar, hot sauce, mustard powder, black pepper powder mix well, cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
2: to make batter sieve plain flour add corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, baking powder mix with a spoon, then add hot sauce, milk and mix well.
3: for coating sieve plain flour, garlic powder and mix well.
4: heat oil for frying.
5: now dip chicken strips in the batter, roll in the coating. (at this stage you can freeze them)
6: place the chicken in hot oil and fry it till golden and floats on top, then keep on paper towel to remove extra oil.
7: to assemble: place a paratha, lettuce, onion, chicken, mayo, sweet chilli garlic sauce and roll it.
8: serve hot with fries.
