CHICKEN MARINADE:
1: vinegar 2 tbsp
2: mustard paste 1 tbsp
3: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
4: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
5: salt 1/2 tsp
6: garlic powder 1/2 tsp
7: Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
8: chicken boneless 4 (sliced in two pieces)
FOR COATING:
1: plain flour 1 cup
2: corn flour 1/2 red
3: chilli powder 1/2 tsp
4: black pepper powder 1 tbsp
5: salt 1 tsp
6: baking powder 1/2 tsp
7: garlic powder 1/2 tsp
FOR EGG MIXTURE:
1: milk 1/2 cup
2: eggs 3
FOR ASSAMBLING BURGER:
1: buns 8
2: mayonnaise 1 cup
3: sweet chilli sauce 2 cup
4: lettuce/ice berg leaves
1: in a bowl add chicken and all the ingredients under marinade, cover and leave it for 30 minutes.
2: in a bowl sieve all the ingredients under coating, mix well.
3: beat milk and eggs.
4: take one piece of chicken at a time, dip it in the egg mixture, then roll it in the dry mixture, keep aside (if u want thick coating u can repeat the process 3 times as in the video)(you can freeze them at this stage for a month).
5: heat oil.
6: add the coated chicken in hot oil, and fry till gets golden on medium to high, keep it on paper towel.
7: add the sweet chilli sauce on the fried chicken.
8: warm the buns.
9: spread mayo, add the chicken.
10: serve hot with fries.
