1: chicken wings 1/2 kg
2: coriander seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
3: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
4: salt 1 tsp
5: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
6: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
7: ginger & garlic paste1 tsp
8: vinegar 1 tbsp
9: yellow food colour 1/4 tsp
10: yogurt 2 tbsp
11: corn flour 4 tbsp
12: egg 1
1: marinate chicken with salt, Chile powder, crushed red chilli, garam masala powder, colour, crushed coriander mix well, then add ginger & garlic paste, vinegar, yogurt mix well and add corn flour mix once again, cover and leave it for 30 minutes.
2: heat oil.
3: add the chicken, do not flip sides for first 5 minutes on high flame, then change sides and fry on low to medium flame for 10 minutes, then increase the heat to high and fry for further 15 minutes.
4: once fried keep on paper towel.
5: serve hot with fries, ketchup, mayo and drink of your choice.
