
Keema Handi Masala
Ingredients
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
3: tomatoes 5 large (grind)
4: green chilli 4 (chopped)
5: cumin seeds 3 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
6: coriander seeds 3 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
9: red chilli powder 1 tsp
10: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
11: garam masala powder 1 tsp
12: mutton mince 1 kg
13: ginger 2 & 1/2 inch (Julian cut)
14: yogurt 1 cup
15: cream 1/2 cup
16: fresh coriander handful
17: fresh mint handful
Instructions
- 1: heat oil slightly add ginger & garlic paste, tomatoes mix well and fry on high flame till the tomatoes reduce. - 2: then add green chilli, cumin, coriander, salt, crushed red chilli, red chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala powder mix and cook on high flame for 2 minutes. - 3: now add mince and mix well till changes colour. - 4: now add half ginger, yogurt mix cover and cook on low to medium flame till the water dries and oil separates. - 5: then fry the mince for 7 minutes on high flame. - 6: add cream and cook on high flame till the oil separates. - 7: then add the fresh coriander, mint mx well. - 8: garnish with remaining ginger, green chilli, - 9: serve hot with roti, naan, paratha.
