  1. ALOO MONGRAY Cooking Method

    1: heat oil and add onions, ginger & garlic paste cook on high flame till light golden.

     

    2: then add tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, salt, and red chilli cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     

    3: now add the mongray 1/2 cup of water, cover, and cook on low to medium for 10 minutes till the mongray gets soft and the water dries.

     

    4: after 10 minutes add the potatoes and 1 cup of water mix well, cover and cook on low to medium till the potatoes get cooked and the water dries.

     

    5: then in the end add garam masala, dried fenugreek leaves, and green chilli mix well and cook on high flame for 1 minute.

     

    6: Served hot with roti.
