Ingerdients:
1: bell peppers 2 large any colour ( cut in thick strips)
2: potatoes 3 large (cut in thick strips)
3: onion 1 large (finely chopped)
4: tomatoes 2 medium (chopped)
5: garlic paste 1tbs
6: fenugreek leaves 1tbs (dried)
7: salt 1 tsp
8: turmeric 1/2 tsp
9: cumin seeds 1 tsp
10: garam masala 1/2 tsp
11: red chilli powder 1 tsp
12: green chilli 3
13: oil 1/4 cup
Recipe:
1: heat oil in a pan add the cumin seeds, garlic and onions fry on high flame till gets light golden colour.
2: then add tomatoes, red chilli, salt, turmeric mix well and cook till the oil comes on surface.
3: now add the potatoes and water 1/2 cup wait for the boil and cover and cook on low to medium till the water dries and the potatoes are cooked.
4: then add the bell peppers and fenugreek leaves mix well cover and cook for further 4 to5 minutes on low to medium.
5: now add the garam masala and green chilli and serve hot with paratha or roti.
