1: tamarind pulp 1/2 cup ( 70g tamarind soak in half cup water and then remove the pulp )
2: dry apricot 22 (soaked for 4 to 5 hours in 1 cup water)
3: sugar 2 tbsp
4: cumin powder 1 tsp
5: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
6: salt 1/2 tsp
7: green chilli 2
8: fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
9: white radish a few small pieces
1: in a blender add all ingredients and blend till gets smooth.
2: transfer it in a pan add 1/2 cup water and wait for boil and then cook for 1 minute only, leave to cool.
3: add white radish and serve (but do not store radish as it will get spoiled quick)
4: once cooled store in an air tight container in the fridge for a 1 month or freeze for 1 month or two.
5: serve with Fried Fish, Naan Pakora, Bread Pakora, Laddu Peethi.
