Ingerdients:
1: mince 1/2 kg(mutton)
2: fresh methi 600g(fenugreek leaves)
3: potatoes 1large(cubed and thick pieces)
4: peas 1/2 cup
5: onions 1 large(sliced)
6: tomatoes 2 large(sliced)
7: green chilli 4
8: coriander powder 1 tsp
9: cumin powder 1tsp
10:turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
11:red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
12:salt 1/2 tsp
13:gram masala 1/2 tsp
14:tomato puree 3 tbs
15:ginger & garlic paste 1tbs
16:oil 1/2 cup
Recipe:
1: heat oil in a pan add onions, ginger & garlic paste cook till light golden colour on high flame.
2: then add tomatoes, red chilli, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, water 1/4 cup cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.
3: now add the methi and cook on low to medium flame till the methi is cooked and the water dries.
4: add mince, tomato puree mix well and cook on high flame till the water of the mince dries and oil comes on surface.
5: now add potatoes, peas, water 1cup mix and wait for a boil then cover and cook on low to medium till the potatoes get cooked and water dries.
6: once the oil comes on surface add gram masala, green chilli mix and cook on high flame for further 11/2 minute.
7: serve hot
