Ingerdients:
Marinate:
1: meat 1 kg (mutton)
2: yogurt 1&1/2 cup
3: raw papaya 1 tbs
4: garam masala powder 1 tbs
5: coriander powder 1 tbs
6: red chilli powder 1 tsp
7: ginger & garlic paste 1&1/2 tbs
8: nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
9: lemon juice 4 tbs
10:salt 1 tsp
11: turmric powder 1/2 tsp
Curry:
1: cumin seeds 1 tbs
2: onion 1 large (sliced)
3: coal 1 piece
4: oil 1/2 cup
5: fresh coriander 1/2 cup
6: spring onion 1/2 cup
Paste:
1: desiccated coconut 2 tbs
2: almonds 20
3: sesame seeds 1 tbs
4: cashew nuts 20
Recipe:
1: grind the ingredients under paste.
2: marinate the meat with the ingredients under marinate and the paste mix well cover and keep for 1 hour.
3: heat oil add cumin seeds, onions and fry till gets golden on high flame.
4: then add the marinated meat with the marination, water 2 glass mix and wait for a boil on high flame.
5: now cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is cooked and the oil comes on surface.
6: heat the coal.
7: place a piece of foil on the curry add the coal, 1 tsp oil on the coal, cover till the smoke settles.
8: then remove the coal and foil, then add the fresh coriander, spring onion mix well.
9: serve hot with naan.
