Recipe:
preheat the oven 190c, 374f, gas mark 5.
1: in a pan add water, butter, salt and bring it to a boil on medium flame.
2: once boiled add the flour and mix well with a wooden spoon till smooth dough is formed and set aside to cool.( but should be a little warm)
3: then add 1 egg at a time and mix well.
4: then place the pastry mix in a piping bag or zip lock bag and cut at the bottom.
5: take a baking tray and place the baking paper on it, and pipe the dough on it 6 inch long keep space in between the pastry.
6: place the tray and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes (do not open the oven door while baking)once baked let it cool down.
7: make the chocolate sauce by placing the chocolate, butter on a double boiler and melt till mixed well and keep aside.
8: make the filling whisk the cream, icing sugar and vanilla essence till stiff peaks form.
9: cut the pastry add the filling and spoon the chocolate sauce and serve.
