1: boneless chicken 1 kg (flattened)
2: macaroni 500g (small size)
3: onion 1 large (finely chopped)
4: sundried tomatoes 250g (sliced)
5: plain flour 3 tbsp (heaped)
6: salted butter 150g
7: fresh garlic 2 tbsp (crushed)
8: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tbsp
9: salt 1 tsp
10: black pepper powder 1 tsp
11: paprika powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
12: Italian herbs 1 tsp
13: Italian herbs 1 & 1/2 tsp
14: frozen spinach 2 cup
15: chicken stock 6 (6 cups hot water with 2 chicken cubes)
16: milk 2 cups
17: cream 2 cup
18: Cheddar cheese 1 cup
19: mozzarella cheese 1 cup
20: parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
21: oil 3 tbsp
1: season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, oil 3tbsp, Italian herbs 1 tsp mix well, cover and leave it for 20 minutes.
2: heat oil 1/3 cup and fry the chicken till gets cooked on both side, on medium flame.
3: melt butter add onion, garlic and fry till gets soft, on high flame.
4: add sundried tomatoes cook for 1 minutes.
5: then add plain flour, crushed red chilli, Italian herbs and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes, on high flame.
6: now add the chicken stock, cream, milk wait for a boil then add the macaroni mix, cover and cook on medium flame till the macaroni is cooked.
7: add the frozen spinach mix and cook for 7 to 8 minutes till the sauce gets thick, on medium flame.
8: then add Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese mix well.
9: slice the chicken and add it in the macaroni mixture, mix well.
10: serve hot with cold drinks.
