Ingerdients:
- whole red chillies 10 pieces
- black salt 1 1/2 tbs ( kala namak)
- dried ginger powder 1 ts (sonth)
- salt 1 ts
- mango powder 3 ts (amchoor powder)
- cinnamon stick 2 inch piece
- cumin seeds 1 tbs
- carom seeds 1 ts (ajwan)
- coriander seeds 2 tbs
- black pepper corns 1 tbs
- cloves 8 pieces
- citric acid 1 ts (tatri)
Recipe:
- heat a pan and dry roast the whole red chillie, carom seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper corns, cumin seeds, cloves & cinnamon stick on medium heat till a aroma of spices comes and they get golden color.
- then keep the roasted spices in a bowl and let it cool down, and grind to a powder.
- now mix the grinded spices and the dried ginger powder, salt, citric acid, black salt, mango powder.
- keep in a air tight jar, and use when required.
