1: milk 1 litre
2: biscuits 300g (i used rich tea)
3: sugar 8 tbsp
4: vanilla essences 1 tsp
5: coffee 3 tsp
6: water 1 cup (mix hot & room temp water)
7: water 1/2 cup
8: corn flour 3 tbsp
9: cocoa powder 1 tbsp
1: in a bowl add corn flour, cocoa powder, water 1/2 cup mix well.
2: mix coffee with water 1 cup.
3: in a pan add milk, sugar and bring it to a boil, add the cocoa powder and corn flour mixture slowly and keep whisking, till gets thick.
4: now dip the biscuits in the coffee and place them in a serving dish as shown in the video, top it with chocolate custard and then repeat once again, top it with the remaining custard mixture, leave to cool and then keep it in the fridge.
5: garnish it with cream, nuts, chocolate sauce.
6: serve chilled.
NOTE: TO GARNISH YOU CAN USE SPRAY CREAM OR BEAT CREAM, ICICNG SUGAR AND PIPE IT, ADD SOME NUTS, AND MELT NUTELLA SPREAD AND DRIZZLE IT ON THE TOP.
