Ingredients

1: litchi fresh or canned 460g

2: vanilla ice cream 2 cups

3: sugar 1/2 cup

4: coconut milk 400ml

5: cream 1 cup

6: ice cubes as much required

Instructions

1: in a blender add litchi, sugar, coconut milk blend till gets smooth.
2: now add cream, ice cream, ice cubes and blend till gets smooth.
3: garnish it with spray cream and serve.
