Marinate Chicken:
1: chicken breast 1 kg (cut each breast in 2 pieces from the middle)
2: vinegar 3 tbsp
3: mustard paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
4: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
5: white pepper powder 1 tsp
6: salt 1/2 tsp
7: garlic powder 1 tsp
8: Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
For Coating:
1: plain flour 1 & 1/2 cup
2: corn flour 1/3 cup
3: rice flour 5 tbsp
4: red chilli powder 1 tsp (heaped)
5: white pepper powder 1 tbsp
6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
7: baking powder 1/2 tsp
8: garlic powder 1 tsp
For Dipping:
1: eggs 2
2: milk 1/2 cup
For Frying:
1: oil
To Make Burger:
1: buns 6
2: mayonnaise
3: chilli garlic sauce
4: lettuce
5: cheese slices
1: marinate chicken with the ingredients under marination, mis well and cover and keep aside for 20 minutes.
2: in a bowl sieve all the ingredients under coating, mix well.
3: beat the eggs and milk.
4: heat oil for frying.
5: now dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then coat it with the flour mixture, repeat this for a double coating.
6: add the chicken in the hot oil and fry till gets golden on both sides on a medium flame, first 2 to 3 minutes do not touch the chicken or the coating will come of.
7: cut the buns, spread mayo on both sides, place the fried chicken, a little mayo, chilli garlic sauce, cheese, lettuce and serve.
8: serve with fries and enjoy.
