1: chicken mince 1 kg
2: thick greek yogurt 1 cup
3: cream 1/2 cup
4: bullet green chilli 4 (sliced)
5: salt 1 tsp
6: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
7: black pepper powder 1 tsp
8: cumin seeds 1 tbsp
9: fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
10: lemon juice 2 tbsp
11: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
12: oil 1/2 cup
13: fresh coriander 1/2 cup
1: heat oil add ginger & garlic paste and fry for 1 to 2 minutes, on high flame.
2: add mince and fry for 5 minutes, on medium flame.
3: now add black pepper powder, lemon juice, cumin seeds, salt, green chilli, fenugreek seeds, yogurt mix and cook on medium flame, till the oil comes on the surface.
4: then add cream, garam masala powder, fresh coriander mix and cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.
5: serve hot with paratha or roti.
