For Kebabs:
1: potatoes 400g (boiled and mashed)
2: tuna cans 2 (165g each drained)
3: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
4: green chillies 3 (finely sliced)
5: ginger 2 tsp (crushed)
6: garlic 2 tsp (crushed)
7: coriander powder 1 tsp
8: cumin powder 1 tsp
9: salt 1 tsp
10: red chilli powder 1 tsp
11: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
12: lemon juice 2 tbsp
13: dry mint 1 tsp or (fresh)
14: fresh coriander leaves 4 tbsp
For Coating:
1: dry bread crumbs 1 cups
2: egg 1 or 2
3: oil for frying
4: chaat masala powder for garnishing
1: in a bowl add all ingredients under kebab, mix well.
2: grease your palms and make kebabs.
3: beat the egg.
4: heat oil.
5: dip the kebabs in the egg and then roll it in the dry bread crumbs.
6: fry the kebabs till gets golden on both sides on high flame, then place them on paper towel.
7: sprinkle chaat masala.
8: serve hot with roti and chutney of your choice. (you can make sandwich with them to for kids lunch box)
NOTE: can freeze them with or without coating.
