1: water 3 cups
2: milk 1 & 1/2 cup or (to your taste)
3: star anise 1
4: tea bags 3
5: green cardamom 8
6: cloves 5
7: black pepper corns 1 tsp
8: cinnamon stick 2
9: ginger 1 & 1/2 inch piece
10: sugar 2 & 1/2 tbsp
1: crush the spices crossly.
2: add water in a pan with ginger, crushed spices, wait for a boil and then simmer on low to medium for 10 minutes.
3: now add the sugar and tea bags, simmer on low to medium for 5 minutes.
4: add milk and wait for a boil.
5: then strain the tea and cook once again using a hand whisk to make it frothy.
6: serve hot and enjoy.
