Ingerdients:
1: Keema 2kilo
2: Tomatoes 8 medium sized
3: Green chillies cut in to 1/2 inch (10 pieces)
4: Salt 1 1/2 tsp
5: 1 1/2 tsp
6: Turmeric 1tsp
7: Onions 5 large
8: Cumin seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
9: Coriander seeds 3tbsp
10: All spices 1tbsp
11: Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
Recipe:
1: Get a pan, add the mince, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cumin and coriander seeds, salt, red chilli and turmeric powder. Add 3 to 4 glasses of water and mix. Cover the pan and let it cook on high flame, once it comes to a boil, reduce the flame and cook on medium till water dries completely.
2: Once it comes to a boil, start scraping the mince with a spatula to break it and mix it properly.
3: Once the water completely dries, and the oil comes to the surface, add fresh coriander and 1tbsp all spices and mix well for 2 minutes. Serve hot with roti or parathas.
