1: in a bowl add prawns, vinegar, yogurt, tandoori masala, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dry fenugreek leaves mix it well, cover and leave it for 20 minutes.
2: heat oil add the onions, fry on high flame till changes colour.
3: now add the marinated prawns, mix it and cook it on medium to high flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
4: heat coal, place it in the curry as showen in the video, add oil, cover till the smoke settles.
5: add green chili mix well.
6: serve hot with roti or rice.
