For Marination:
1: chicken 1 kg
2: garam masala powder 1 tsp
3: lemon juice 2 tbsp
4: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
For Curry:
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: onions 2 medium, tomatoes 4 large (grind together)
3: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
4: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: fresh coriander 1 big bunch (chopped)
7: green chilli 5 to 8
1: mix chicken with lemon juice, garam masala, ginger & garlic cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
2: in a pan add oil mixture of onions and tomatoes and cook till the oil comes on surface, on high flame.
3: now add the marinated chicken, red chilli, salt, coriander powder mix and cook on high flame till the chicken changes colour.
4: then add a cup of water, wait for a boil on high flame and then cover and cook on low to medium till the oil comes on surface and the chicken gets tender.
5: add fresh coriander, green chilli and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.
6: serve hot with roti.
