1: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp
2: water 1 cup
3: vinegar 1/2 cup
4: sugar 1 cup
5: salt 1/2 tsp
6: ketchup 3 tbsp
7: garlic 8 cloves (crushed)
8: corn flour 1 tbsp mixed with water 3 tbsp
1: in a pan add water, vinegar, sugar, salt, red chilli, garlic mix and cook till the sugar dissolves.
2: now add ketchup and mix well.
3: now add cornflour mixture and cook on low flame till gets thick.
4: leave to cool and store in a sterilised jar.
5: keep in fridge.
6: serve with spring rolls / samosa / shami kabab.
