Recipe:
1: beat the water and egg white, and add it to the icing sugar, mix well so that they are no lumps, can add a little water if the mixture feels dry.
2: the texture should look like a batter, not to thin or thick, medium.
3: for different colours add the mixture about 2 tbs in a bowl with the colour of your choice mix well, and add it in the piping bag.
4: now take the baking paper and place it on the working surface, and pipe the mixture on it, leave it to dry for a few hours.
5: repeat this with all the colours you want.
6: once dried crush them and use as required. (keep them in air tight boxes).
