1: plain flour 1 cup
2: cloves 3 (crushed or grated)
3: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
4: salt 1 tsp (levelled) or less
5: fresh coriander 2 tbsp
6: melted unsalted butter 2 tbsp
7: water 1 cup and 4 tbsp
8: unsalted butter for frying
1: in a bowl add plain flour, crushed garlic, salt, fresh coriander, butter, water mix well and make a batter and then cover and leave it for 5 minutes.
2: heat a frying pan, brush little oil add the batter and spread it evenly.
3: then cook it on low to medium flame till one side it cooked, as shown in the video, then flip the side and cook further till cooked, golden.
4: then remove the paratha add a little butter and again place the paratha and fry on both sides.
5: serve hot with tea, coffee.
