Ingerdients:
1: chicken breast 1/2 kg (cut in 1 inch piece)
Marination:
1: white vinegar 1tbs
2: ginger & garlic paste 1tsp
3: egg 1
4: dry roasted and crushed cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
5: dry roasted and crushed coriander seeds 1tsp
6: red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
7: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
8: salt 1/2 tsp
9: Hoision sauce 1 tbs
10:chilli garlic sauce 1tbs
11:gram flour 3tbs
12:chaat masala 1/4 tsp
13:turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coating:
1: fresh bread crumbs 4 slices (crumbled)
2: sesame seeds 1/2 cup
Recipe:
1: marinate the chicken all the ingredients listed under marination mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
2: heat oil in a pan.
3: mix the bread crumbs and sesame seeds.
4: roll each piece of chicken in the bread crumb mixture, and press on with your palm to flatten it.
(THIS STAGE CAN FREEZE THE COATED CHICKEN AND USE WHEN REQUIRED)
5: fry the chicken pieces on medium flame till golden and place them on a paper towel to drain extra oil.
6: serve hot.
