Ingerdients:
1: Boneless chicken 3 (sliced)
2: Onion finely sliced 2
3: Capsicum 1 (sliced)
4: Green chilies 2 (sliced)
5: Tomato paste 2 tbsp
6: Ketchup 2 tbsp
7: Roaster and ground cumin 1 tsp
8: Roaster and groundCoriander seeds 1 tsp
9: Chili powder 1/2 tsp
10:Salt 1 tsp
11:Dry mango 1/2 tsp
12:White pepper 1/2
13:Oil 1/2 cup
14:tomato 1 medium (chopped)
15:dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbs
Recipe:
1: Heat 1/2 cup oil on a griddle.
2: Fry onion till light golden.
3: Add sliced chicken & fry till changes colour now add chilli powder, salt, roasted coriander, roasted cumin, white pepper, tsp dry mango powder, tomato paste, ketchup & 1/4 cup water mix well.
4: Fry well till chicken is done on medium flame.
5: Lastly add sliced capsicum, tomato cubes, chopped green chilies, fenugreek leaves cook for 5 minutes, remove.
6: Ready to serve with paratha.
