1: milk 1 litre
2: green cardamom powder 1 tsp
3: boiled rice 1 cup
4: sugar 3/4 cup
5: almonds 30 (sliced)
6: pistachios 30 (sliced)
7: biscuits 1 & 1/2 cup can use any biscuit rich tea, digestive, Maria (crushed)
8: cream 250g
1: in a pot add milk, green cardamom powder, boiled rice, sugar mix and cook on medium flame till the mixture looks thick.
2: then add half of almonds, pistachios, biscuits mix well it gets thick, leave to cool.
3: add cream mix well.
4: garnish it with remaining almonds, pistachio, dry rose leaves.
5: serve chilled and enjoy.
