1: mutton 1 kg
2: salt 1 tsp
3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp
4: water 4 to 5 glass
5: mutton mince 1 kg
6: tomatoes 8 (chopped)
7: thick greek yogurt 1 cup
8: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tbsp
9: crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
10: cumin seeds (dry roasted & crushed) 2 tsp
11: coriander seeds (dry roasted & crushed) 4 tsp
12: turmeric 1/2 tsp
13: cumin seeds 1 tsp
14: lemon juice 2 tbsp
15: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
16: dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
17: garam masala powder 1 tsp
18: fresh ginger 2 inch piece (Julian cut)
19: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
20: bullet green chilli 4
21: ghee or oil 1 cup
1: in a pot add the mutton, salt, ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp, water mix and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the mutton is cooked completely, keep aside.
2: heat ghee add cumin seeds, ginger & garlic paste fry on high flame for 1 minute.
3: now add the mince and cook on medium flame till the ghee comes on the surface.
4: add the tomatoes and cook on high flame till it gets soft.
5: then add the boiled mutton, crushed red chilli, turmeric, salt, roasted cumin, roasted coriander, crushed black pepper, yogurt mix well, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the ghee comes on surface.
6: now add the dry fenugreek leaves, ginger, green chilli, garam masala powder, lemon juice mix, cover and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
