Ingerdients:
1: rice 2,1/2 cups (boiled)
2: chicken breast 1,1/2 cup (cut in small pieces)
3: prawns 1,1/2 cup
4: cabbage 1 cup (finely sliced)
5: carrot 1 cup (grated)
6: spring onion 1( chopped)
7: onion 1 medium (sliced)
8: eggs 4 (scramble eggs with 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper)
9: green chilli 2
10:garlic 1 tbs
11:salt 1/2 tsp
12:dark soya sauce 2 tsp
13:Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
1: boil the rice.
2: scramble eggs with salt and pepper and cook in a pan with 1tbs of oil, keep aside.
3: heat oil 1/4 cup in a pan and add the onions, garlic fry till light brown on high flame.
4: now add the chicken and prawns and cook till the water dries, high flame.
5: add the cabbage, carrots, green chilli, salt, Chinese salt, soya sauce, spring onions, scrambled eggs mix well on high flame, then add the rice and mix again serve hot.
