Ingerdients:
1: chicken breast 1 kg
2: onion 2 medium(grind)
3: soya 2 bunches(chopped)
4: fenugreek leaves dry or fresh 2 cups
5: fresh ginger 1 inch piece(sliced)
6: red chilli powder 1 tsp
7: garam masala powder 1 tsp
8: ginger & garlic paste 1tbs
9: salt 1 tsp
10:butter 2tbs
11:turmeric 1/2 tsp
12:green chilli 3
13:oil 1/2 cup
14:water 1 cup
Recipe:
1: heat oil add onion, ginger & garlic paste and fry till gets golden on high flame.
2: then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, soya, fenugreek leaves and cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes keep stirring.
3: then add the chicken, water mix well and bring the flame to high, wait for a boil cover and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.
4: now add the butter, garam masala, green chilli, ginger mix well and cook on high flame for 1-1/2 minute.
5: serve hot with naan, roti.
