For Filling:
1: boneless chicken 600g
2: vinegar 2 & 1/2 tbsp
3: food colour 1/4 tsp
4: turmeric 1/4 tsp
5: coriander powder 1 tsp
6: garam masala powder 1 tsp
7: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: black pepper powder 1 tsp
9: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
10: salt 1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
1: oil 3 tbsp
2: coal to smoke the chicken
3: paratha as many required (Link) (or) readymade
4: mint chutney (Link)
5: onion rings
6: lettuce
7: mayonnaise
1: in a bowl add all ingredients under filing mix well, cover and leave it for 30 minutes.
2: heat oil add the marinated chicken fry on high flame till the chicken changes colour.
3: add water 1/2 cup mix cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender.
4: heat the coal.
5: place the coals to smoke the chicken as shown in the video.
6: take a paratha and add the chicken pieces, mint chutney, lettuce, onions, mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce.
7: serve hot with fries and cold drinks.
