To Make a Masala:
1: desiccated coconut 3 tbsp
2: curry leaves 15
3: green chilli 4
4: cream cheese 3 tbsp
5: fresh coriander 1 small bunch
6: fresh mint 1/2 bunch
For Making Curry:
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: onion 2 large (grind)
3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
4: tomatoes 3 large (grind)
5: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: turmeric 1/2 tsp
7: garam masala powder 1 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: mutton 1 kg (boiled with water, salt 1 tsp)
1: n a blender add all ingredients under masala and grind to a paste.
2: heat oil add onion, ginger & garlic paste fry on high flame till gets golden.
3: then add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, garam masala powder, red chilli powder mix and cook on high flame till the oil separates.
4: add the boiled mutton and grind masala, mix well and simmer for 12 minutes on low flame.
5: serve hot with naan, roti.
