- Readymade frozen parathas (as needed)
- 1 tsp tomato puree (for each paratha)
- Sausages (chicken, turkey, beef, any variety)
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Oregano
- Sesame seeds
- Crushed red chilli
- 1 egg, beaten
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) on both top and bottom heat settings.
2. Defrost the parathas.
3. Spread a teaspoon of tomato puree in the middle of each paratha.
4. Place a sausage and some grated mozzarella cheese on each paratha, then fold it as shown in the video and place it on a baking tray.
5. Brush beaten egg on each roll.
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds, oregano, and crushed red chilli on top of each roll.
7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and crisp.
8. Serve hot with ketchup.
