Ingerdients:

5: tomato 1 small (deseeded)
6: onion 1 small (finely chopped)

8: green chilli 1 (finely chopped)
9: cumin powder (1/4 tsp)
10:red chilli powder (pinch)
Chanay:
1: 2 cans 400g each(drain the water)
2: onion 1 large(finely chopped)
3: fresh coriander 2 tbs
4: green chilli 2(finely chopped)
5: water 1 glass
6: oil 3tbs
7: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
8: cumin powder 1/2 tsp
9: coriander powder 1/2 tsp
10:turmeric 1/4 tsp
11:salt 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
Chanay:
1: heat oil in a pan add the onions, green chilli and cook till the onions get soft on high flame.
2: then add the red chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and water 2 glass and cook on high flame for a minute or two.
3: Now add your drained chickpeas and add another glass of water. Cook on low to medium. Wait for a boil, then cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes till water dries a bit. (If you like the chickpeas to be dry, then wait for the water to dry up completely if you like it a bit watery then cook less and leave a bit of water).
How to assemble:
1: Put samosa in a bowl, add the chickpeas, a bit of mint chutney, yogurt, meethi imli chutney, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, fresh coriander, chaat masala, cumin powder and a pinch of red chilli for colour. Ready to eat!
