Ingredients

1: onions 7 medium (cut into small pieces)

2: tomatoes 8 (cut into small pieces)

3: oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

TOMATO & ONION PASTE
1: cut onions and place in a grinder add oil, and grind till smooth.
2: cut tomatoes and grind them to a paste.
3: use in any curry, for a smooth and even curry texture.
