Ingredients
1: Plain Digestives biscuits 250
2: Butter 100g
3: Jar of Nutella 400g (small jar)
4: Cream Cheese 500g
5: Icing Sugar 1/2 cup
6: Hazelnuts 10 to 15 crushed/chopped

NUTELLA CHEESECAKE
1. Crush the biscuits. In the melted butter, add one tablespoon of Nutella, mix well, and add in the crushed biscuits, mix once again.
2. Now add the crushed biscuit mixture to the cake tin and press firmly all the sides and middle, and keep in the fridge for 15 mins or so to set.3. Now, in a bowl, add cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whisk with an electric whisk till it gets thick. Once thick, add all the remaining Nutella from the 400g jar and whisk again till thick and all combined.4. Now add all the cream mixture on the biscuit base and spread evenly.5. Garnish with chopped hazelnuts, cover, and leave it in the fridge overnight or 8 hours.6. Serve and enjoy.
