- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the pakora mixture and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the chicken pieces in the hot oil until golden and crispy on medium to high flame for 8 to 9 minutes.
- Once fried, place the chicken on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Garnish with chaat masala.
Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
