Ingredients: Boiled and mashed chicken 2 cups; Gram flour roasted 4 tbsp; Egg 1; Boiled and mashed rice 1/2 cup; Green chilies finely chopped 6; Salt 1/2 tsp; Cumin seeds 1 tsp; Chat masala 1 tsp levelled; Coriander leaves 4 tbsp; Fresh bread crumbs 4 tbsp; Ginger garlic 1 tsp; Crushed red chilli 1 tsp; Oil 2 tbsp; Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp; (extra bread crumbs for rolling the kebab)

Ingredients

CHICKEN RICE KABAB

Boiled and mashed chicken 2 cups
Gram flour roasted 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Boiled and mashed rice 1/2 cup (after boiling)
Green chilies finely chopped 6
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp levelled
Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
Fresh bread crumbs 4 tbsp (or dried bread crumbs)
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
(extra bread crumbs for rolling the kebab)

Instructions

CHICKEN RICE KABAB

1: Mix all the ingredients well, make into kebabs, roll them in the bread crumbs & deep fry.

2: Served hot with sauce.
