For Cooking Mutton:
1: mutton 1 kg
2: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
3: yogurt 1 & 1/2 cup
4: red chill powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: coriander powder 1 tbsp
6: garam masala powder 1 tsp (heaped)
7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: lemon juice 2 tbsp
9: oil 3 tbsp
10: water 2 & 1/2 glass
For Curry:
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: tomatoes 5 large (grind)
3: orange food colour 1/4 tsp
4: tomato puree 6 tbsp
5: dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
6: sugar 1 & 1/2 tbsp
7: vinegar 2 tbsp
8: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: cream 1/3 cup
10: butter 3 tbsp
11: green chilli 5
12: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
1: in a pan add mutton & all ingredients under cooking mutton, mix well cover and cook on low to medium till the mutton is tender and liquid dries.
2: now in a separate pan add tomatoes, food colour, tomato puree, dry fenugreek leaves, sugar, vinegar, crushed red chilli, cream, butter mix and cook on low to medium flame till the liquid dries.
3: then add oil and cook on high flame for 4 minutes.
4: now add the cooked meat, mix well and simmer it for 10 minutes on low flame.
5: garnish it with little coriander, green chilli.
6: serve hot with roti, naan.
