For Chicken Layer:
1: boneless chicken 1 kg
2: water 1 cup
3: salt 1 tsp
4: mustard powder or paste 1tsp
5: black pepper powder 1 tsp
6: lemon juice 1 tbsp
7: Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp (or) dark soya sauce 1 tsp
8: tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
For Sandwich:
1: eggs as many required
2: bread slices as many required
3: mayonnaise
4: lettuce
5: cheese slices
6: tomatoes (finely sliced)
7: cucumber (finely sliced)
1: in a pot add all ingredients under chicken and boil till the chicken is tender and the water dries.
2: once the chicken is boiled shred then chicken.
3: warm the bread slices on a tawa, frying pan.
4: heat a little oil in a frying pan, add 1 egg, break the yolk and fry both sides.
5: spread mayonnaise on three bread slices.
6: add the shredded chicken on one slice, lettuce, bread slice with mayonnaise side down, spread mayonnaise again, cheese slice, fried egg, sprinkle a little salt, crushed black pepper, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, bread slice with mayonnaise.
7: serve with fries and cold drinks.
