1: milk 4 cups
2: yogurt plain 4 tbs (room temperature)
1: in a pan bring the milk to a boiling stage.
2: when it boils close the flame & bring it to room temperature, (but make sure it is not to cold or the milk will not get thick).
3: then add the yogurt and use a hand whisk to mix it very well, now cover it and keep it in a warm place for several hours till gets thick (you can also wrap a towel around the milk bowl this helps alot).
4: once set can keep in the fridge and use when required.
(if u want to make the yogurt fast heat the oven for 20 minutes on 180c, then close the oven and place the milk mixture in it till gets thick)
