1: double cream 2 & 1/2 cup
2: icing sugar 8 tbs
3: vanilla essence 1 tbs
1: in a bowl add cream, icing sugar, vanilla and beat till gets thick.
2: use for frosting cakes, cup cakes or serve with fresh fruits.
TIPS: it is very important to keep the cream in fridge to chill, the hooks of the beater in the freezer the bowl you will beat cream in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then in a bowl add some ice it helps more to get the cream thicker.
