1: milk 5 cups
2: butter 30g
3: cream 250ml
4: sugar 3/4 cup
5: bakarkhani 300g or (6 to 8)
6: cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
7: raisins 2 to 3 tbsp
8: almonds 30 (crushed)
9: pistachios 20 (crushed)
10: sesame seeds 1 tsp
11: desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
1: boil milk, sugar, butter, cinnamon, cream and make sure sugar is dissolved.
2: arrange the bakarkhanis in baking dish and sprinkle dry fruits (pistachios, coconut, almond, sesame seeds, raisins) and add the whole milk mixture.
3: than bake it for 15 minutes.
4: on top add remaining dry fruits.
5: serve warm and enjoy.
