1: 1/2 cup sugar
2: 1 garlic clove ( finely chopped)
3: 1/2 inch ginger (finely chopped)
4: 1 tsp crushed red chilli flakes
5: salt 1/2 tsp
6: 2 tbsp vinegar
7: 1 cup water
8: 1 tbsp cornflour
9: 3 tbsp water to dissolve starch
1: in a pan add all ingredients, mix well and cook on medium flame till the sugar melts (expect cornflour mixture).
2: now add the cornflour mixture and cook till gets thick.
3: leave to cool and store in a sterilised jar.
4: store in the fridge for 3 months.
5: serve with Spring Rolls / Samosa / Pakora.
