For Chicken Marination:
1: Chicken 1 kg (cut in 4 pieces & put cuts on the chicken)
2: Salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
3: Yogurt 1/2 cup
4: Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
5: Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
6: Red Chile Crushed 3 tsp
7: Red Chile Powder 2 tsp
8: Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
9: Cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
10: Yellow Colour 1/2 tsp
11: Coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
12: Maida flour 2 tbsp
13: Corn flour 2 tbsp
14: Egg 2
15: chinese salt 1 tsp
16: carom seeds 1/2 tsp (crushed)
17: garam masala powder 1 tsp
1: in a bowl add the chicken with all the ingredients, mix well and keep it aside for 2 hours.
2: heat oil, add the chicken pieces and fry on high flame for 5 to 10 minutes, then keep aside.
3: in a handi add water bring it to a boil, on high flame, place a tray on the top, make sure water does not touch the tray, place the chicken, cover and steam for 20 minutes, on high flame.
4: sprinkle some chaat masala powder.
5: serve hot with naan roti, salads and chutney.
NOTE:
OPTIONS:
1: FRY THE CHICKEN AND THEN STEAM.
2: STEAM THE CHICKEN AND THEN FRY.
3: STEAM THE CHICKEN AND GRILL FOR 8 MINUTES, TILL GETS A NICE GOLDEN COLOUR.
