For Making The Filling:
1: boneless chicken 600g (cut in very small pieces)
2: thick yogurt 2 tbsp
3: lemon juice 2 & 1/2 tbsp
4: crushed garlic 1 tbsp (heaped)
5: red chilli powder 1 tsp
6: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
7: salt 1 tsp
8: black pepper 1/2 tsp
9: oil 2 tbsp
For Green Chutney:
1: fresh coriander 1 small bunch
2: mint 1/2 a bunch
3: green chilli 6
4: onion 1 small
5: sugar 1 tbsp
6: salt 1 tsp
For Making Sandwich:
1: bread slices
2: mayonnaise
3: ketchup
4: green chutney
5: cucumber
1: in a bowl mix all ingredients under filling, can marinate t for a few hours to.
2: heat oil and the chicken and cook on medium flame till tender and no liquid is left.
3: to make chutney: add all ingredients in a blender and grind.
4: first spread mayo on three slices of bread, add the chicken, top it with cucumber, now spread ketchup on a slice of bread which has mayo on it and place it on the chicken, now again spread mayo on the bread as shown in the video and top it with chicken, now take the third slice of bread and spread the green chutney and place it on the top, cut it and cover it with cling film.
5: serve with fries and cold drinks.
