1: bread slices 10
2: garlic paste 1/2 tsp
3: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp
4: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
5: salt 1 tsp (leveled)
6: green chilli 3 (finely chopped)
7: lemon juice 2 tbsp
8: semolina 2 & 1/2 tbsp
9: fresh coriander 2 to 3 tbsp
1: break the bread slices, add water slowly and mash the bread as showen in the video.
2: now add crushed red chilli, salt, garlic paste, garam masala powder, green chilli, lemon juice, samolina, corainder mix well.
3: heat oil.
4: make small round flat kababs and place it in the hot oil, fry till gets golden and crisp on high flame, then remove and place them on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: serve hot with ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
