1: chicken 1 kg
2: onion 1 large (grind)
3: tomatoes 3 medium (grind)
4: thick yogurt 1 cup
5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
6: cumin seeds 1 tsp
7: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: salt 1 tsp
10: green chilli 3 (chopped)
11: turmeric 1/2 tsp
12: korma masala powder 1 tsp (heaped)
13: oil 1/2 cup
14: fresh coriander hand full
1: heat oil add cumin seeds, onion, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till changes colour.
2: then add tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, korma masala powder, green chilli mix well and cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.
3: now add the chicken, yogurt mix and cook on high flame for 8 minutes.
4: then add 1 cup water mix and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and oil comes on surface.
5: add fresh coriander, green chilli mix well.
6: serve hot with roti, naan.
