Ingerdients:
1: spaghetti 500g(boiled and drained)
2: mince 500g
3: chopped tomatoes 1 can
4: onions 1 large(finely chopped)
5: sweetcorn 1 cup(can)
6: mushrooms 1cup(can)
7: parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
8: tomato puree 2tbs
9: hoisin sauce 3tbs
10:chilli sauce 3tbs
11:garlic paste 1tbs
12:mixed herbs 1tbs
13:black pepper crushed 1 tbs
14:crushed red chilli 1 tbs
15:salt 1 tsp
16:oil 1/4 cup
Recipe:
1: boil the spaghetti as the packets instructions.
2: heat oil in the pan add garlic and fry till gets golden, then add the onion and cook till gets soft, on high flame.
3: then add the mince, salt, pepper, red chilli mix well, on high flame.
4: when the mince changes colour add the chilli sauce, hoisin sauce, canned tomatoes mix cover and cook on medium flame till no liquid is remaining.
5: now add the tomato puree, mixed herbs mix well on high flame, then add corn, mushrooms, cheese mix it.
6: then add the boil spaghetti and mix it.
7: serve hot with extra cheese.
