For Marination:
1: boneless chicken breast 1 kg (cut in strips)
2: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
3: oregano 1 tsp
4: red chilli powder 1 tsp
5: paprika powder 1 tsp
6: salt 1 tsp
7: garlic powder 1 tsp
8: vinegar 2 tbsp
9: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
10:cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
Vegetables:
1: bell pepper 2 small (cut in strips)
2: onion 1 medium (cut in strips)
3: coal to smoke
S auce:
1: mayonnaise 1/2 cup
2: pizza sauce or pasta sauce 3 tbsp
3: cream cheese 1 tbsp
4: chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp
5: ketchup 2 tbsp
Other:
1: burger buns
2: cheese slices
1: marinate the chicken with all the ingredients, mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
2: in a bowl mic all ingredients for sauce mix well and keep aside.
3: heat oil 2 tbsp add the marinated chicken and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken it tender and no liquid is remaining.
4: add the vebetables and fry ob high flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
5: heat the coal.
6: smoke the chicken as showen in the video.
7: warm the buns.
8: now spread the sauce on the buns add cheese and top the chickin filling.
9: serve hot with fries or crisp and cold drinks.
